Return Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Coastal Cycle Craft is not responsible for lost return packages. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping — please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a complimentary return.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@coastalcyclecraft.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale and clearance items
- Helmets and safety gear that have been worn or used
Helmets & Safety Gear — Special Policy Due to safety regulations, helmets and protective gear cannot be returned once worn. However, if your helmet or safety gear arrives defective, you may submit a defect claim within 15 days of delivery. Approved defect claims will receive a replacement or full refund.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@coastalcyclecraft.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
