3. Products & Pricing We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. All prices are listed in USD. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be exact.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled by our network of trusted suppliers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Coastal Cycle Craft is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Safety Disclaimer Helmets, protective gear, and other safety equipment sold on this Site are intended for use by experienced riders. It is your responsibility to ensure proper fit and use. Coastal Cycle Craft is not liable for injury resulting from improper use of safety equipment.
