Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. At checkout, estimated delivery windows will be displayed. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Domestic (US): 7–15 business days
  • International: 14–21 business days (where available)

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled through our network of trusted suppliers and may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping notification.

Split Shipments If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Coastal Cycle Craft has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages Coastal Cycle Craft is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier directly. For packages lost in transit, contact us at hello@coastalcyclecraft.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@coastalcyclecraft.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work to make it right.
